All appraisals will be valid and accessible for the entire year (365 days) following the date of purchase. Every electronic appraisla must be renewed on a yearly basis to maintain its validity and current market value.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made available upon resuqest. Refunds will be granted for purchases that have not yet been completed and/or performed by a certified appraiser. Administration fees are non-refundable.

e-Appraisal Services Ltd. is an online jewellery appraisal storage provider. All electronic appraisals are accessible through a secured user portal. All appraisals are available via online data and printable PDF file format versions.
e-Appraisal Services Ltd is engaged to provide a "greener" service. No paper copies will be provided upon purchase and each user is responsible for the printing/hard copies of their own appraisal(s).
